Mango Raspberry and Spinach Smoothie

For those that have never put spinach in a smoothie before may be intimidated. The great news is you don’t even taste the spinach but it does help balance out the sweetness of the fruit! Adding spinach provides a good source of Niacin and Zinc, and a very good source of Dietary Fiber, Protein, Vitamin A, Vitamin C, Vitamin E (Alpha Tocopherol), Vitamin K, Thiamin, Riboflavin, Vitamin B6, Folate, Calcium, Iron, Magnesium, Phosphorus, Potassium, Copper and Manganese. Ingredients
  • 1 cup frozen mango
  • 1 cup frozen raspberries
  • 1 cup packed spinach
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1/2 cup plain sugar free yogurt
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 1 tbsp hemp hearts
Instructions
  1. Blend until smooth and have one big glass of smoothie packed with vitamin A, C, K, fibre, riboflavin, folate, protein, and omega 3.. Just to name a few
